We started our home search with an online real estate broker that offers a “rebate” to home buyers; we were willing to do most of the home searching ourselves and had hopes of saving some money on the buyers commission. After a few frustrating months of not enough communication and due to the hands off approach of the online broker ultimately losing out on a home, even at the full asking price, we switched to Nadia Colucci. I knew Nadia and was sure of her experience and abilities but had been tempted by the potential of a hefty “rebate”.
