I would highly recommend selecting Nadia Colucci as your Real Estate Agent. My husband and I just completed a real estate transaction with Nadia April of this year. We had been renting in La Costa for 2 years and decided it was time to purchase a house in the area. We contacted Nadia to start the process. She immediately got us hooked up with Curtis Fox at Home Services Lending to start the approval process. We were very impressed with Curtis and his team and how detailed and quickly they worked. They made the approval process smooth and straightforward and provided us with several loan options. (They were also instrumental in the entire loan process and making sure everything was completed on time and the team there was extremely professional.)
Once we received loan approval we started our search. We wanted to cover Encinitas and parts of Carlsbad since we were newer to North County. Having Nadia’s experience to help us narrow down specific neighborhoods was crucial in narrowing down our search. Nadia listened to what we wanted and provided great insight to the different areas within Encinitas and Carlsbad. I started to choose places to look at and Nadia was flexible in scheduling and working with our hectic schedules. My husband and I were very specific in what we wanted. We didnt want to have to do any work to the house. We already own an old duplex in San Diego which we have done a lot of work to and just wanted something move in ready. Nadia did a wonderful job in provide options for us to look at based on our needs. I never felt like we were wasting our time looking at a property she thought we should see. After a couple weeks, we had narrowed down a house and decided to put an offer on it.
When we left the house that night, I decided to do one more search. A house popped up in our search that looked perfect. I felt bad contacting Nadia about this new house that came up as I knew she was literally writing up an offer for the other house. I called her, told her about this new house that came up on her automated search, and asked if she could look into it. Even though it was 9pm at night, Nadia could tell how much I wanted to see this other house, so she jumped on it. Within an hour, Nadia spoke to the agent and set me up with an appointment the next afternoon. Nadia and I went to see the house the next day and it was perfect! It was exactly what we had been looking for. We knew this place wouldnt last so Nadia immediately got an offer together to send that night. By the next afternoon, our offer was accepted and we went into escrow.
Because of Nadia’s hard work and dedication to our search, we now have a beautiful home that we can raise our son in and retire in. I would highly recommend Nadia to anyone who wants an Agent that is going to listen to your needs, help educate you on the market, have patience, and work hard to help you find the perfect place.
