Nadia worked diligently to find properties that were within our price range in the specific areas that we were interested in purchasing a home or condominium. She continuously searched listings and made contacts within her realty network to find properties that may have been an interest to us. Most impressive was Nadia’s research into some properties which we expressed an interest, and she found negative aspects that we had to consider or even not make an offer. She was always in touch and sending us new listings to review. Nadia would always meet us at the properties, on time, with her research in hand, so we knew the particulars of that property before giving it serious consideration.
When we did finally find the right property to purchase she led us through the process and even found an error by the bank that saved us several hundred dollars. We would not hesitate to have Nadia represent us again on any purchase or sale of real estate.
