Nadia far exceeded my expectations as my real estate agent. Really, she is hands down the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with and I couldn’t imagine ever working with anyone else now. She came in and made suggestions for getting my condo ready to sell, she also had workers to help me get some of this work done. She suggested staging, which she offered at no extra cost to me, quoting statistics on this speeding up selling time. She was always available to answer my questions and guide me through this process. My condo ended up selling for top dollar the first day. Even during the escrow process Nadia was incredibly helpful, facilitating the inspection, meeting the appraiser and the termite company (multiple times), and calming my nerves. If you are looking for a qualified, knowledgeable, hard working agent- really look no more.
