About Pola Dowdy

Originally from Poland, she was just 14 when she decided she would one day live in a warm-weather climate. Five years later, she made it happen - moving to San Diego without knowing a single person. There, she built her community from the ground up and earned her degree in International Business from SDSU. That determination still defines her today as a driven, goal-oriented professional who is deeply committed to helping her clients succeed.

 

After building a strong foundation in sales and leadership with two large corporate companies, she became known for creating authentic relationships and delivering results in fast-paced environments. Real estate naturally became her dream career, blending her passion for investment, entrepreneurship, and serving people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

 

She is also a proud mom of two energetic boys and stays active with their many activities throughout North County - often cheering from the sidelines at a sports game. She loves early morning workouts at the hottest new fitness class and unwinding by catching a sunset at the beach whenever she can.
