We moved across country, to a new city, and knew nobody. So finding a trustworthy and reliable realtor was imperative. We got so lucky with Nadia. She began working hard for us long before our move, when we were simply in the speculative phase, a rarity in an industry where “call me when you get to town” is commonplace. By the time we moved to San Diego, we had a good idea of the market we were entering into and understood the minutiae of the locale we were looking to buy in, all thanks to Nadia’s consistent work ethic, transparent communication, desire to over-deliver, and reliability. She even found us a rental until we found a house that we wanted to buy.
During the house search process, we felt our realtor was on our side and was constantly listening to us. She went over and beyond in understanding our needs and following through on daily tasks that ensured that our house hunting, finding, education, and closing went smoothly. Her availability and accessibility on all levels was extremely reassuring during times that required nimble decision making/execution. Our house purchase was not the simplest process due to unforeseen circumstances. Nadia stayed close by our side during and even after the house recording, to ensure that we were satisfied with our new home and that all necessary details were communicated to the parties involved. That left us feeling like we were in good hands even with so many details to manage.
This is the third house that we’ve purchased. Despite that, we found ourselves very dependent on Nadia’s knowledge and guidance as it was a new location and a “new era” in the housing market. On a personal level, she is extremely pleasant, smart, and savvy. This made the house hunting process a fun experience. I can not say enough about the service and quality level that was provided to us. With the handful of realtors we have worked with before, we can sincerely say that Nadia has been the best: our favorite, professionally and personally.
