A lot goes into home buying, who knew!? Nadia Colucci & Anne Benitez – that’s who! Nadia came highly recommended from some friends of ours in North County. We met with her and began searching for our first home. She helped us sell a condo we inherited and made the transition to buying our first home very smooth. We felt so lucky to have her and Anne available to answer our many questions and address both my wife and I’s individual needs throughout the process.
We always felt that they did a great job with negotiations and thoroughly explained the many facets of the process to both my wife and I. Our new place in Cardiff is exceeding our expectations every day and we look forward to raising our son here in the North County at last!
