Arrowood has a way of making everyday life feel easy. Tucked into the San Luis Rey River valley in Oceanside, this master-planned community was designed with families in mind. Most homes were built in the early 2000’s, so you'll find generous floor plans, modern layouts, and room for everyone to spread out. Walking trails, parks, and green spaces are woven throughout, and neighbors tend to know each other by name.
The amenities are a big part of the draw. Residents have access to a junior Olympic-size pool and a clubhouse, all covered by the community HOA. Arrowood Golf Course sits right in the neighborhood, with 18 holes, a Toptracer driving range, and pickleball courts. The Fairways Bar & Grill is a favorite gathering spot, with live music, trivia nights, and plenty of reasons to stay a little longer after a round. For many families, it replaces the gym membership, the pool pass, and the weekend outings they'd otherwise plan elsewhere.
Location is where Arrowood really shines. The beach and harbor are about 9 miles away, close enough for an afternoon at the pier or sunset on the sand. Closer to home, Target, Sprouts, Vons, a gym, and movie theaters are all nearby, and the San Luis Rey River bike path offers an easy ride toward the coast. Military families also appreciate the quick access to Camp Pendleton.
Arrowood has an Oceanside address but is served by Bonsall Unified School District, which surprises many buyers. Bonsall West Elementary is within walking distance, and students continue on to Norman L. Sullivan Middle School and Bonsall High School. Boundaries can vary by address, so it's always worth confirming with the district. Want to see it for yourself? Check out our video tour of Arrowood below, or reach out to our team.
