As a 22 year old, first time homebuyer, and new to the area, I was VERY fortunate to have found Anne. She walked me through the entire home buying process, educating me and keeping me well informed at every step, which helped to keep me confident throughout the entire process, which as many know, especially for first time homebuyers like me, buying a home can be scary and there are a lot of unknowns. So, I really appreciated the fact that she made sure I was up to speed and comfortable with each step, as a result, I found myself having fun throughout the entire process. I also appreciated the fact that she did not show me homes outside of my budget, and she also took the time to research each community to ensure that I was also looking at homes in safe neighborhoods. All in all, Anne really went above and beyond to get to know me as an individual, which directly led to me finding the perfect place for me to call home.
