As an out of state resident and accidental landlord, I’ve been looking for an opportunity to sell my condo for years. After having unsuccessfully listed the property a year ago with my property manager, it was time for a change. Being in Texas, we were unsure how we were going to pick another agent.
Luckily, we were introduced to Nadia by family in San Diego and after a phone interview talking strategy, made her our agent. We certainly couldn’t have done better.
We decided to do an extensive renovation due to changing market conditions and tastes and Nadia helped tremendously during this 2-month process. Being out of the area, we heavily relied on her to be available for appointments and schedule crafts. After the work was complete, she staged the condo with her own furnishings.
The pictures that were taken looked straight out of a Design magazine and were in keeping with her original strategy. Not only did Nadia expertly list our property, she helped us to get and close an offer that was CONSIDERABLY over asking price
