We just closed what turned out to be the most challenged property sale I’ve dealt with after having sold over 10 properties thanks to Nadia’s expertise and hard work. Not only did she do a superb job in managing the difficult tenants living in the property while it was for sale, she was able to close the deal despite their efforts to prevent all showings! She also went above and beyond by actually taking on the role of general contractor to facilitate the many unexpected issues and repairs required on our home after it was in escrow.
We couldn’t have asked for as much from any agent and will continue to work with and highly recommend Nadia.
