Old Town Día de los Muertos

Oct. 29-Nov. 2

Old Town San Diego will have a Mercado de Arte at the north side of the lot across from the Market, Theatre and Trolley stop on Saturday October 29-30. On November 2 Old Town will be hosting the traditional procession to the El Campo Santo cemetery displaying a public altar.

An opportunity to gather together as a community to honor and remember our loved ones who are no longer with us. The Center will stay true to tradition and have altars outside the Museum for anyone to use.

Boogie Woogie Ball

Nov. 4

Join Wounded Warrior Homes for a fun evening of live 1940’s music from ‘Gin & Tonix’, plus dancing, dinner, silent & live auctions. We will be raising funds to house post-9/11 veterans challenged with PTSD & Traumatic Brain Injury. 100% of proceeds from this event go directly to support the Wounded Warrior Homes’ veteran housing program.

This challenging 5-mile hike to Simmons Family Park will give hikers the opportunity to explore the trails of the Rancho Dorado/Rancho Carrillo area and make a brief visit to Leo Carrillo Ranch Historic Park.
