Welcoming Pola Dowdy

We are proud to share that Pola Dowdy has joined our powerhouse team! Pola spent the summer with us behind the scenes as an integral admin support and shined in all aspects. She is a team player, brings positive energy, and has a professional background with three years of solid real estate experience. She’s a very talented agent with a wide range of experiences, including multi-unit properties, raw land, investments, and first-time homebuyers.

Besides being a busy realtor with a laser-focused mindset, she is also a proud basketball wife and mom to two active, athletic boys. Pola is the biggest cheerleader for her husband, Brandon, who has led a successful youth basketball program serving the North County area since 2015. When she’s not holding an open house, you will surely find her and her beautiful boys courtside, cheering on their Coach of the Year and his players.

She strikes the perfect balance of being a poised professional and puts 110% into everything she does, whether for her clients or her family. We’re confident that Pola will accomplish amazing things with us, and we can’t wait to see her thrive in this new chapter!
